Creating a small art quilt, a necklace or just a card for a friend is how I keep my sanity. I try to make something everyday or at least sketch a new idea. Somehow this is how I keep my world balanced.

Photoshopped or painted in bright colors - again perhaps a stamp or stenciled onto base or as an overlay..... a series with different filtered effects/colors.. anatomy of a knot(hole) lol
